Rachel is an extremely talented woman very worthy of this award. Currently Rachel is the Creative Director at L. & J. G. Stickley, Inc. and has been for the last 5 years. Prior to this position, Rachel owned her own business for 10 years, Rachel Rogers Design Group. She has also worked for The College Street Group, a division of Romanelli Communications and for Utica College. Always immersing herself in some facet of advertising or marketing, Rachel learned the business well and learned how to effectively manage a creative team. Rachel has lead her past and current creative teams to win cumulatively over 40 awards. But Rachel wouldn't be able to do "what she loves" if it weren't for the support of her family (husband, Mike, and boys Matt and Derek) who put up with her sometimes crazy schedule. Rachel says her boys are her most precious gifts and keep her grounded! And probably to their embarrassment, she is their biggest cheerleader at their baseball and football games!
