Join us at Body By Design Group Fitness on Campion Road in New Hartford. The event will be catered with plenty of Apps from Zeina’s Cafe, and it’s BYOB so bring along an adult beverage of your choice (soda and water will be served)!

Don’t forget to wear something easy to move in, because it’s on to our lesson–a mini-workout routine designed just for the workplace. Don’t be scared, it’s a 1/2 hour to learn some cool relaxation and strengthening techniques you can do right from your office chair!
